These terms govern your use of EventTrack. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

EventTrack is a product of Tamensah Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and EventTrack. If you use EventTrack on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and within your workspace, including the actions of team members you invite.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use EventTrack for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, or to send spam.
- Upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious.
- Attempt to breach security, probe or enumerate other users' data, bypass rate limits, or disrupt the service.
- Resell or misrepresent the platform, or use it to violate the privacy of attendees.
Your content and responsibilities as an organizer
You retain ownership of the event content and attendee data you bring to EventTrack. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content to operate your events. As the organizer, you are the controller of your attendees' personal information and are responsible for collecting it lawfully, providing any required notices, and honoring attendee requests. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
EventTrack is offered on an ongoing basis, and during pre-release periods some features may change or be offered for testing. We may update, add, or remove features, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
Plans and payment
Some features may be offered under paid subscription plans or one-time event passes. Where paid plans apply, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented before you purchase. Core event creation, publishing, registration, and check-in remain available under the current plan during the launch period.
Disclaimers and liability
EventTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using EventTrack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the platform or its users.
