Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information EventTrack collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both event organizers who run events on EventTrack and attendees who register for those events.

EventTrack ("EventTrack", "we", "us") is a product of Tamensah Labs. EventTrack is a digital destination and QR interaction layer for physical events. We act as a data controller for the accounts of organizers who sign up, and as a data processor for the attendee information organizers collect through their events.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Organizer account data. Name, email address, and a hashed password when you create an account, plus the workspace and organization details you provide.
- Event content. Information you add to your events, such as schedules, speakers, sponsors, vendors, venue details, images, and announcements.
- Attendee registration data. When someone registers for an event, we collect the name, email address, participant type, and ticket selection they submit. This information belongs to the organizer of that event.
- Engagement data.Check-in scans, QR scans, Q&A submissions, and event feedback, tied to a registration.
- Uploaded files. Logos, cover images, photos, and documents you upload, stored in cloud object storage.
- Security and operational logs. Audit records of sensitive actions (for example team invitations, role changes, and event deletion), rate-limit counters, and IP address and user-agent metadata associated with those events.
How we use information
- To operate the platform and deliver the features you use.
- To send transactional email such as registration confirmations, event reminders, account verification, password resets, and team invitations.
- To secure the platform, detect and prevent abuse, and maintain an audit trail of sensitive actions.
- To respond to support and demo requests.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use attendee registration data for our own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Neon — managed PostgreSQL database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting and file (Blob) storage.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Data retention
We retain organizer account and event data for as long as the account is active. Attendee registration data is retained for the organizer who collected it and is removed when the organizer deletes the event or their account, subject to short operational backup windows. Security logs are retained for a limited period to support incident investigation.
Your choices and rights
Organizers can edit or delete their event content and account. If you are an attendee and want your registration information corrected or removed, contact the organizer of the event, or contact us and we will help route your request. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.

EventTrack uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your active workspace. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Analytics
We use PostHog as a first-party, cookieless product-analytics processor to understand how organizers and attendees use EventTrack. Analytics traffic is routed through geteventtrack.com/ingest, our own domain, rather than sent directly to a third-party analytics company. PostHog sets no advertising cookies and performs no cross-site tracking, and anonymous visitors are not profiled. Account holders can request deletion of their analytics profile as part of the data deletion rights described above.
Security
We protect access with authentication, workspace-scoped authorization, rate limiting, high-entropy pass identifiers, and transport encryption. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if an issue arises.
